Gorge of Lagarín
This space is placed over materials coming from the Jurassic age, mainly lime rocks. The ground mainly consists of the "litosol" kind, with lots of stones and limited vegetal development.
Concerning the trees some carobs can be seen, and few holm oaks, wild olives and gall oaks. The bushes found there consists mainly of brooms, savines,gorses and thymes. At the lowest areas can be seen farming areas (almonds trees and wineyards).
Concerning the fauna, it is remarkable the presence of vultures, eagles, owls, mongooses and foxes.
