Guadiaro's river valley
Part of this natural space is included inside the Natural Park of Grazalema. At the north sector the ground is located over lime and dolomitic materials, and at the south of the valley, the sediments consists basically of sand and clay.
The vegetal cover consists mainly of holm oaks, cork oaks, gall oaks, chestnut trees and meadows vegetation, as well as bushes and pastureland.
Concerning the fauna, it is remarkable the presence of the roe deer, fox, wild cat, mongoose as well as an important group of birds of prey.
