Premises accessible with assistanceTajo's Tree-lined Avenue

 

Located beside the bullring and at the edge of the Tajo's precipice, it is an excelent tree-lined avenue of the 19th century that offers some wonderful views of the Serranía de Ronda as well as of the landscape beside the city of Ronda.

Click to enlargeIt consists of five parallel avenues full with a great variety of vegetation, ending in an spectacular balcony located at the edge of the precipice.

 

The promenade continues to the north, always at the edge of the precipice and ending at the Hotel Victoria, taking the name of "English Promenade". Under the promenade can be found the spectacular geological formation known as "Asa de la Caldera" (boiler's handle).

 

Taking to the south, the promenade connects with the Promenade of Blas Infante and, going through the balconies of the Parador Nacional de Turismo (state-owned hotel), it ends at the Puente Nuevo (new bridge).
